Payment Options
We offer secure payment options for your convenience.

Returns & Exchanges
- Eligibility: Please check the item details for specific return and exchange eligibility.
- Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Exemptions: Custom-made items, gift cards, downloadable software, perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids/gases are non-returnable.
Cancellations
- All orders are made to order.
- Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase via email.
- Custom Orders: Custom orders are final and cannot be cancelled, returned, or replaced. Please review all details carefully before placing your order.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.
- Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion for unused merchandise, items not in original condition, or items returned after 14 days.
- Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company. Processing times may vary.

Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at support@moseisleymarketplace.net for instructions on getting your replacement.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, refunds will be sent to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
- To return your product, please email us at: support@moseisleymarketplace.net.
- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance—we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
